Weekly, we produce and distribute a report on Fuel Surcharges paid to Independent Contractors by carriers. The report breaks carriers into three basis trailer types - Van, Refrigerated and Flatbed. It further distinguishes if a carrier pays All-miles, Loaded Miles or if it is a "pass through" payment based on the customer's contract. In the case of pass-through payment, we show the average payment and the low/high contract rates currently in place.
